Responsibilities
Oversee operational, financial and administrative operations of group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
Provide leadership and consultation to staff on implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Program Specific Treatment Plans (PTSP).
Supervise program staff and ensure that contract specifications and program regulations are followed.
Work collaboratively with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred; experience may substitute for education).
High School diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of human services management experience.
Strong time management, organizational, and written communication skills.
Minimum age 21 and a current valid U.S. driver’s license for at least 6 months.
CPR and First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment; MAP certification within 150 days of employment.
Successfully pass CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record checks.
