Assistant Director of Casino Operations The Assistant Director of Casino Operations oversees the direct supervision of all Managers and Supervisors in the Gaming Department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Gaming Department and its employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and address complaints and resolving problems. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for assisting in the budge process and providing recommendations. Ensure betting control guidelines are adhered to within the casino. Maintains the slot file and ensures all data is up-to-date and accurate. Oversee analysis of Slot Performance according to: location, cabinet style and theme. Meets with slot machine vendors, and through analysis and experience, orders new slot machines and slot conversions. Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department progress towards stated goals and objectives. Analyzes departments financial reports and assists the Director of Operations on adjustments to implement efficiencies. Maintain Slot and Table Games Contracts and vendor relationships. Developing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring functions related to gaming operations. Must proactively prioritize needs and effectively manager resources. Immediate report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party. Ensure customer service standards are met and retained. Participates and conducts departmental meetings. Oversees the effective and efficient schedules while meeting team member objectives and achieving guest satisfaction. Ensure all Gaming teams are aware of customers impacting on profitability and that agreed actions are adhered to. Develop the Skills and knowledge of the Gaming team. Qualifications
4-5 years previous work experience within a related field. High School Diploma/GED, required Bachelor’s degree, preferred Previous slot leadership experience is required Able to efficiently communicate in English via verbal and written. Ability to extended hours, weekends, and holidays Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be detailed orientated.
