Position Overview We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and ambitious Social Media Ads Manager Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll work directly with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple social platforms.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce eye‑catching ad creatives.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly analytics reports.

Conduct A/B testing to identify top‑performing content and targeting strategies.

Research current social media trends and suggest innovative ways to reach our audience.

Support marketing efforts to increase conversions and overall online presence.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Basic knowledge of paid advertising, digital analytics, or social media tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas.
