About The Role

As a Territory Manager you will drive commercial success for the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System within your assigned geography. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, stroke rehabilitation centers, and hospital systems to promote adoption and utilization of MicroTransponder’s therapy. Your responsibilities include sales leadership, product education, and collaboration with clinical teams to identify patient candidates and facilitate implementation. Responsibilities

Launch first‑to‑market Vivistim® Paired‑VNS™ System to Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R/Physiatry), Neurosurgery, and Physical Therapy specialties within hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and ASCs. Develop plans and strategies for acquiring key new healthcare physician customers and accounts. Achieve and preferably exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new account, sales, and therapy adoption goals. Maintain daily accountability toward sales objectives. Manage accounts in the assigned geography by preparing account plans for top accounts and proactive strategies for acquiring new customers. Deliver a high level of customer/patient satisfaction. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting by maintaining weekly reporting. Prepare thorough product presentations for prospect accounts and physicians. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership. Work closely with marketing to establish patient/customer adoption at each account and referring site. Lead the closure of strategic opportunities and serve as the primary contact point for patients, customers, and accounts. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in goal attainment and outstanding product, technical, and clinical expertise. Complete all administrative requirements accurately and on time. Represent the company with ethical and professional conduct. Qualifications

BA/BS degree (preferably in life sciences, business, nursing, or medical product marketing). Minimum of 5 years of documented, successful sales experience with supporting results. Experience selling directly to specialty physician communities such as PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy. Strong communication, strategic planning, and territory management skills. Preferred Experience

Experience launching pioneering, disruptive technology. Rehabilitation experience related to stroke recovery. Experience with implantable, programmable neuromodulation systems. Ability to sell to C‑level executives of hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Start‑up experience with accountability and culture focus. Process orientation and resource management skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Creative thinker with risk‑taking ability. Ability to influence decision makers in a large, complex environment. Understanding of legal and regulatory guidelines.
