Job Summary
Manages the execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives that support Adventist Health’s employed and affiliated physician network. Works closely with the physician enterprise leaders and system marketing and communication teams to drive physician engagement, promote clinical excellence, and support organizational growth. Oversees the development of targeted messaging, campaigns, and educational materials that align with clinical, operational, and strategic priorities. Coordinates cross‑functional efforts to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful communications across multiple channels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Master's Degree: Preferred
Five years’ experience in marketing and/or communications roles: Preferred
One year leadership experience: Preferred
Experience in a healthcare system, hospital, or regulated industry: Preferred
Essential Functions
Executes physician-focused communication strategies to ensure consistent engagement and alignment across employed and affiliated networks. Oversees the creation and distribution of newsletters, campaigns, and digital content tailored to physician audiences. Collaborates with clinic operations and marketing teams to support initiatives that enhance patient experience and drive clinic growth.
Leads and executes marketing and communication efforts for onboarding providers, ensuring new physicians are welcomed and promoted effectively to internal and external audiences to support early engagement and patient volume growth.
Develops educational materials related to clinical care, quality performance, and value‑based care, ensuring clarity and relevance for diverse audiences. Coordinates open enrollment communications and supports cross‑functional messaging efforts to patients and providers.
Tracks campaign performance, monitors engagement metrics, and provides insights to inform future strategies. Ensures brand consistency and alignment with Adventist Health’s voice, tone, and strategic messaging.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
