We are seeking an
Experienced
Audit Manager
with 7-10 years of public accounting experience who is interested in participating in their own career growth and work with a diverse client base to join our team.
Location: Wakefield, MA
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of client attest services, including audits, reviews, compilations and agreed‑upon procedures engagements in a multitude of industries
Demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client assignments, including generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), etc.
Develop strong working relationships with clients
Ensure the Firm’s high standards of quality are met or exceeded
Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets
Establish and maintain a leadership role within the Firm
Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff as needed
Job Essential Requirements
7-10 years of public accounting experience
CPA required
Ability to plan, supervise and complete attest engagements
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Commitment to exceptional client service
Intellectually curious
Flexible, self‑starter personality whose personal values coincide with JO’s Core values (Respect, Integrity, Teamwork & Excellence)
