Pay Range $85,000.00 - $130,000.00
Responsibilities
Act as a right-hand to the ISSO in preparing and maintaining ATO packages
Support FedRAMP documentation and cybersecurity compliance activities
Assist with POA&M (Plan of Action and Milestones) management
Coordinate with technical teams to gather inputs for compliance artifacts
Track and manage compliance timelines and deliverables
Interpret cybersecurity policy and translate it into actionable compliance steps
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across civilian and defense programs
Requirements
Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance
Strong understanding of ATO processes and NIST 800-53 controls
Familiarity with FedRAMP frameworks and documentation requirements
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with ISSOs and technical teams
Treasury clearance not required, but familiarity with federal environments is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
