Pickleball Coach & Community Ambassador

About Gametime Hero At Gametime Hero, we believe pickleball isn’t just a sport — it’s a way to build community. Our beginner and intermediate programs bring people together to learn, play, and connect. Whether someone is picking up a paddle for the first time or fine-tuning their serve, every session is designed to be engaging, inclusive, and fun. We’re building something bigger than leagues and clinics — we’re building belonging.
Position Summary We’re looking for an energetic and community‑minded Pickleball Coach & Ambassador to lead group sessions, host skills clinics, and help players improve while having a great time on the court. You’ll create a welcoming space where players of all ages and abilities can grow their confidence, refine their game, and feel part of something special.

You support both new and experienced players with encouragement and clarity.

You notice details and provide helpful, constructive feedback.

You’re excited to help connect people on and off the court.
What You’ll Do
Lead beginner and intermediate pickleball sessions and small‑group clinics.
Teach and reinforce proper serving, dinking, volleying, and footwork techniques.
Help players understand game strategy, positioning, and doubles communication.
Foster a fun, respectful, and inclusive court culture.
Support community events and social play opportunities.
Set up, organize, and maintain equipment and court space.
What You Bring
Pickleball coaching or teaching experience preferred (but not required).
Background in pickleball, tennis, or similar racquet sports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A welcoming attitude toward players of all skill levels and backgrounds.
PPR, USA Pickleball, or IPTPA certification a plus — not required.
