We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to join our 80+ person Social Strategy discipline within our fast-growing Consumer & Content Experience practice. This role is for someone who gets fashion and beauty. You have a pulse on what’s trending and you know how to translate that cultural momentum into content that’s bold, relevant, and brand-right. Whether it’s quiet luxury, cottagecore, or a “how to style your look under $100,” you don’t just spot trends, you shape them. You’ll collaborate with the teams to concept and create social-first content for a major retail brand, helping them show up with style, voice, and credibility across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Responsibilities

On-Camera Hosting: Be the face and voice of a major fashion brand. Comfortable in front of the camera as a brand personality. Deliver trend-based or style-led content with confidence and charm. Video Creation & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce original video content. Contribute to all phases of production, including filming, editing, color correction, and sound design. Trend Spotting & Ideation: Stay ahead of fashion, beauty, and cultural trends. Monitor creator content, hashtags, and seasonal shifts to spark ideas that resonate with the brand’s audience. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative, social, and marketing teams to produce thumb-stopping high-fidelity content, prioritizing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories. Social Strategy: Develop organic and paid social strategies, and lead content planning across social channels, including monthly, tentpole, and ad-hoc content briefs. Creative Execution: Define and develop branded style templates for social assets, ensuring a cohesive look across platforms. Community Engagement: Engage with followers, reply to comments, amplify creator content, and build meaningful relationships that reflect the brand’s personality and values. Innovative Thinking: Remix trends in authentic ways for the brand and bring fresh ideas that stand out in a crowded feed. Qualifications

Content Expertise: Strong aesthetic sense; ability to tailor content for in-feed, Reels, and Stories across platforms. Platform Savvy: Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with a focus on short-form video; active engagement on the For You Page. Creative Tools Mastery: Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with production gear (ring lights, tripods, backdrops). Audience-First Mindset: Treat comments as content opportunities; foster authentic dialogue to deepen brand connection. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to clearly articulate creative direction and workflows. Retail & Style Knowledge: Ability to connect fashion and beauty to real people’s lives through styling and product coverage. Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

5+ years in a creator, influencer, or brand content role (in-house or agency) A portfolio or active feed showcasing short-form, trend-driven video work (especially in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle); must submit content with application. Expert understanding of major social platforms and their formats, especially TikTok and Instagram Experience publishing content flawlessly and managing complex content calendars Ability to use insights and data to inform content planning, mix, and post timing Strong video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) Additional Information
