Overview
Palmer Legal Staffing is assisting an elite litigation boutique focused on high-stakes trials, investigations, and crisis management. We are currently seeking a Staff Attorney to begin ASAP for an assignment running through the end of January. The incumbent will go to trial with the firm in San Francisco in early January for approximately 2 weeks. Compensation
Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $80.00/hr. This range is provided by Palmer Legal Staffing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Local candidates only. DOE. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Attorneys with litigation prep, exhibits, binders and any necessary trial preparation. Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of discovery databases is required. Must have trial preparation and some litigation experience. Candidates can be barred in any jurisdiction. Must be able to work overtime (paid at time and a half after 40 hours). Candidates must be able to work during holidays (time off the day before and of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).
