Responsibilities
Guide product lifecycle strategy:
IND/NDA/BLA ,
510(k)/De Novo/PMA , clinical and quality/GxP touchpoints.
Advertising & promotion
review (scientific exchange, digital/social, field), labeling, medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) participation.
Coordinate on overlapping issues with
FTC/USDA/CPSC
and state regulators.
Support
M&A/financings
with regulatory diligence, risk allocation, and integration planning.
Mentor associates and partner with cross‑functional teams (Corporate, Investigations, Privacy/IP).
Candidate requirements
8+ years
FDA regulatory experience (AmLaw, boutique, or in‑house).
Depth in submissions, labeling/promo, and post‑market compliance; comfort interfacing with FDA.
Strength in clear, practical writing and client‑facing counseling.
Plus factors: digital health/AI, combo products, cell/gene therapy, or consumer/food crossover.
Portable relationships preferred but not required.
