Latitude
Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Who We Are At Latitude, we’re building the future of AI-native games. Our journey began with AI Dungeon, the world’s first AI‑powered role‑playing game, which introduced millions of players to the idea of co‑creating stories with AI in real time. Today, we’re going further: creating a platform where developers and creators can build entirely new kinds of interactive worlds. At Latitude, AI isn’t just a tool, it’s the foundation of a new medium for storytelling and play.
We’re a team of high‑agency builders and storytellers who thrive on craft, curiosity, and community. If you love tackling hard problems, moving fast with principle, and shaping the future of gaming, you’ll be in good company here.
About the Role We’re looking for a
Lead Technical Recruiter
to own full-cycle recruiting. You’ll run full-cycle searches while also building and scaling Latitude’s recruiting strategy, processes, and infrastructure. Your immediate focus will be on hiring exceptional engineers, but you’ll also support recruiting across all functions as we grow. As our first full‑time recruiting hire, you’ll wear all the hats: sourcing, ATS management, scheduling, closing, operations, etc., and need to be comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
The right candidate is a creative sourcer, a compelling communicator, and thrives on the challenge of finding and closing world‑class talent. You’ll help tell the story of a different kind of gaming startup that’s enabling the future of gaming.
We’re looking for an SF-based recruiter with a strong Bay Area network (we’re remote‑first, but building out a hub in the Bay).
What You’ll Do
Own the full-cycle of recruiting (intake → close), with an initial focus on engineering roles and supporting hiring across all functions as needed
Build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative, multi‑channel sourcing strategies
Manage and optimize Ashby as our ATS; design recruiting workflows and reporting
Partner closely with the COO/CEO and hiring managers from intake to interview to onboarding
