They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration.

Opportunity As part of the Deals team you lead the integration and realise the potential in complex transactions. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and achieve operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your knowledge in M&A, integrations, and divestitures to develop cohesive HR deal plans, coordinate HR functional workstreams, and foster productive teamwork environments.
Responsibilities
Lead integration and realize benefits in complex transactions
Guide large projects and innovate processes to achieve success
Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project outcomes
Develop cohesive HR deal plans and coordinate functional workstreams
Foster productive teamwork environments and motivate teams
Leverage knowledge in M&A, integrations, and divestitures
Maintain operational excellence throughout project execution
Build trust with multi‑level teams and stakeholders

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of experience

Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
