There is an exciting opportunity for a Director of the Classified Collaboration Center (CCC) overseeing a facility that provides classified system resources. This leader will report directly to the Corporate Product Cybersecurity Officer (PCO). Responsibilities include collaborating with DoD customers and other government agencies, developing site-specific multi-program business strategy, and translating strategic priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The Director of the CCC will also manage the team supporting the CCC. This role requires a Top-Secret Clearance. This is a fulltime onsite role in Dulles VA What You Will Do

Build and sustain deep customer intimacy with the DoD customer and other government agencies, maintaining awareness of evolving mission needs, strategic objectives, and satisfaction with Raytheon’s solutions Oversee the development of high-quality customer briefings, capture strategies, proposals, and related artifacts to ensure alignment with customer needs, competitive positioning, and Raytheon strategy Stakeholder influence: Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration and consensus across different teams and departments, providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and customer requirements Be familiar with classified operations to include facility accreditations and network capabilities that support both the SCI and SAR security domains Develop site-specific multi-program business strategy. Understand what programs are best suited for a given location based on facilities, engineering expertise, and customer tie-in. Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes for the Dulles site Employee performance development and assessment Ensure quality and timeliness of work products produced within the section Employee growth, productivity improvement, and recognition Personnel issue resolution Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Ensuring all personnel are properly prepared and trained for assigned tasks Leveraging best practices across all programs Growing capabilities of the section to meet future customer needs Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 14 years of experience. Experience in one of the following: technology domains involving C2 systems, effectors, and/or sensors, obtained through service as a qualified operator in a DoD component; AND/OR experience with program management within a program office managing these systems; AND/OR experience as a capture manager within this market segment Experience working in classified environments to include Special Access Required (SAR) Experience with Risk Management Framework, ICD705 and related regulations and approval authorities Qualifications We Prefer

Knowledge of cross-site and enterprise-level planning and implementation practices Experience working directly with the US Air Force, particularly withAir Force strategic systems, operations, budgeting, and/or Air Force acquisition processes System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and Validation Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods Ability to develop briefings to mid-sized audiences regarding technical plans, status, and results Strong interpersonal and communication skills Aptitude in creating and implementing metrics-based execution plans What We Offer
