What to Expect
Manage and resolve disputes with drug manufacturers regarding rebate data
Assist clients with pharmacy audits and provide necessary support
Oversee billing processes for over 800 manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct financial reconciliation and fulfill client requests related to rebates
Serve as the main point of contact for state rebate programs and attend relevant meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years of subject matter expertise in relevant areas
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn MedInvoice and other proprietary systems
Strong analytical, communication, and financial reasoning skills
Knowledge of pharmacy services within a managed healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with service contracts and contract interpretation
Familiarity with rebate programs and pharmacy audits
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage difficult client situations
