Responsibilities
Deliver Excellence in Advocacy:
Prepare, file, and argue motions, memoranda, and other key legal documents, ensuring every filing strengthens the defense and advances client goals.
Lead Client Strategy:
Meet with clients—whether in our office or at detention centers—to understand their situation, assess legal options, and craft winning case strategies.
Own Your Caseload:
Manage a diverse docket of misdemeanor and felony cases from intake through resolution, ensuring every client receives exceptional representation.
Command the Courtroom:
Appear confidently at hearings and trials across Northern Virginia, advocating persuasively on behalf of clients before judges and juries.
Deliver Excellence in Advocacy:
Prepare, file, and argue motions, memoranda, and other key legal documents, ensuring every filing strengthens the defense and advances client goals.
Qualifications
Licensed to Practice Law in Virginia.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense is preferred, which should include handling felony cases and conducting jury trials.
Compensation: $115,000+ annually
