Automotive Tag and Title Specialist

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our dealership located in Houston (North location), Texas. The Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in the processing of car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department (including reconditioning and equipment add-ons), and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. What You’ll Do

Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.

Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.

Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade‑ins.

Pull reports from our TRAC system.

Process rejections.

What We’re Looking For

Automotive Dealership Title Clerk experience – preferred.

Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK.
