What You'll Do

Champion brands by maximizing scientific data to meet strategic imperatives.

Develop and oversee projects that require high scientific and technical expertise.

Ensure client satisfaction, scientific rigor, and strategic excellence in all projects.

Interpret and distill complex medical information from journal articles and clinical study reports.

Write, edit, and rewrite medical content, ensuring scientific accuracy and marketing relevance.

Collaborate with account services and editorial teams to develop impactful materials.

Coach, manage, and mentor junior science staff.

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.

Participate in new business opportunities and client meetings.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the therapeutic market and share relevant insights.

Ensure high‑quality agency output and reject materials that do not meet standards.

Manage and direct freelance writers as needed.

What You'll Need

Advanced degree in biomedical sciences (MD, PhD).

4+ years of experience at a medical communications agency.

Experience in multiple therapeutic areas.

Experience managing multiple teams and client accounts.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, internet search, and PubMed.

Base Salary $75,000 USD – $180,000 USD
