Base pay range: $54.95/hr – $54.95/hr.

Responsibilities Responsible for delivering the highest quality health care within The Little Clinic's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction. These responsibilities include:

Building relationships with patients, store personnel, and the health care community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.

Demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Promoting health and wellness through diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, preventative medicine, and individualized patient education.

Providing comprehensive and affordable healthcare in convenient retail settings.

Maintaining confidentiality and high standards of quality and safety.

Participating in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings with other health practitioners as required.

Managing clinic inventory and ensuring cost‑effective clinical operations.

Supporting the mentor program and keeping clinical knowledge current through ongoing education.

Providing coverage for clinics within the region as needed and ensuring the clinic remains open for scheduled hours.

Minimum Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post‑graduate physician‑supervised experience).

1 year of experience in healthcare.

Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification and all necessary state credentials.

Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP‑C); or physician assistant (PA‑C), where eligible.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with applicable clinical procedures.

Experience with electronic health record charting systems.

Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills.

Providing the highest quality of medical care while maintaining company metrics for productivity.

Ensuring a safety and quality‑based healthcare environment.

Collaborating with regional management in community events to promote TLC.

Managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies.

Performing quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.

Utilizing company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Supporting the mentor program and being a role model.

Attending ongoing education seminars related to retail and family practice.

Providing coverage for clinics within the region as needed.

Controlling costs at the clinics to meet profitability goals.

Maintaining presence in the community through local nursing organizations and outreach programs.

Presenting a neat, well‑groomed image in compliance with The Little Clinic dress code.

Performing other operational duties as assigned by regional management.

Traveling to designated clinics within a specified geographic area if float.

Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
