Embedded Platform Engineer – Linux
Description & Skill Requirement:
Senior developer with 10 to 15 years of Embedded Linux Development with C and C++
Deep understanding of bootloader, driver, and experience with kernel upgrades
Good experience porting Linux kernel to multiple hardware platforms (Arm9, Cortex, TI, NXP, etc.)
Experience with filesystem, makefiles, custom kernel, and patch management
Good understanding and hands‑on experience with scripting
Experience with embedded Linux system debugging, log analysis, and validation techniques
Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and the hardware design team
Experience in CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins/GitHub
Experience with Yocto / Buildroot tools
Ability to understand hardware design and schematics
