About the Role Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

We’re looking for a Brand Experiential Manager to help build Revolut’s brand globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executing experiential marketing strategies that align with the overall brand goals and objectives

Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each activation

Overseeing the execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards

Collaborating with creative agencies, production companies, and other vendors to bring experiential campaigns to life, ensuring timely delivery of services

Developing and managing budgets for experiential marketing activities, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources

Identifying opportunities to maximise impact and ROI within the allocated budget

Conducting post‑event analysis to assess performance against objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting results to senior management

Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing

Seeking out new and creative ways to enhance brand engagement through innovative experiences

Driving the development of new ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of traditional marketing

What You’ll Need

A proven track record in experiential marketing campaigns with hands‑on experience in large‑scale event management

Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success

Solid project‑management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Experience managing budgets and delivering cost‑efficient solutions

Excellent relationship, presentation, and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders

A willingness to travel to oversee on‑site activations
