Join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. This senior leadership role is essential for ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. In This Role, You Will Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when required. Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs. Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs. Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records. Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans. Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources. Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures.
Were Looking For Someone Who
Is a licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Has strong technical skills and proven leadership/management experience. Brings a background in geriatric or long?term care nursing. Embraces a restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills. Has working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
