Position Summary We are looking for a detail‑oriented

Buyer/Planner

to join our team and support the seamless flow of materials through the production process. This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring on‑time delivery of materials — with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity within

SAP .

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.

Collaborate with suppliers to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on‑time deliveries.

Utilize SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to analyze material needs and align procurement with production demand.

Review and adjust planning parameters such as lead times, safety stock, and reorder points.

Support cost‑saving initiatives and supplier performance improvements.

Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, and Quality) to resolve material or scheduling conflicts.

Generate and analyze SAP reports to identify trends, delays, or inefficiencies.

Maintain master data accuracy within SAP to ensure reliable planning outputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, or similar supply chain role.

Strong hands‑on experience with SAP (required) – including MRP, PO creation, and reporting functions.

Solid understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and production planning principles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
