Patients come first. Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Meaningful workday – every day you can go home knowing you are making a difference and developing your team to reach their potential. Available when the clinic is open. Lead a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Financial management: manage the clinic’s operation and performance – adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance. Autonomy: run your clinic with support and guidance from director, regional peers and the company. Culture & growth: reinforce shared values and reward demonstration of those behaviors. Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR Registered Nurse license required per GA state requirements; preferred. Minimum 3 years of management experience (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience. Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire). Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results aligned to business needs. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office. Additional qualifications may be considered at discretion of ROD or Divisional VP. Benefits
