Help shift PMG’s growth strategy toward longer‑term, relationship‑driven opportunities that align with the agency’s strengths and values

Collaborate with PMG’s Client Strategy, Practice, and Leadership teams to build and execute on account‑based growth plans

Guide 2–4 concurrent pitches resulting from direct relationships or organic conversations

Identify and qualify early‑stage leads, applying industry knowledge and internal alignment to prioritize efforts

Support and enable Client Strategy teams in progressing leads into opportunities, and opportunities into wins

Team & Operations Support

Manage and mentor a Client Development Lead who supports pitch operations, communications, and tracking

Deliver clear and consistent communications to internal stakeholders throughout the pursuit process

Support the operational side of the pitch lifecycle, including scheduling, documentation, and Salesforce updates

Champion excellence, efficiency, and a positive team culture across all client development efforts

What You Will Bring

6+ years of experience in agency business development, growth strategy, or client leadership (media or consulting experience preferred)

Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale pitch efforts from initial strategy to final presentation

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Experience working with or alongside agency search consultants strongly preferred
