About This Role Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering on desired production tooling and build‑plan methodology and providing input on associated design criteria; analyzing engineering design to determine manufacturability of components and assemblies; guiding and determining manufacturing processes, tooling methodology, discrete manufacturing operations and associated time standards; authoring and maintaining process plans for shop‑floor methods and work instructions; developing learning curve and production hour projections; overseeing process to create manufacturing Bill of Material; providing technical guidance for root‑cause/corrective action; analyzing drawings and processes and initiating engineering change requests; ensuring compliance with regulations; and performing other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Hands‑on knowledge of SolidWorks, Delmia, Tecnomatix (preferred), Creo View and 3DVIA software. Ability to interact effectively with peers, supervisors, customers and management. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic Microsoft Office application skills with emphasis in MS Excel.
