Our team of trainers are equipped to lead you through the path of self‑made success. That’s why we do not require any experience in our service centers! It doesn’t matter if you’re a recent high‑school grad, a well‑seasoned professional looking for a change, a veteran transitioning back into civilian life, or somewhere in the middle.

No late evenings – Most locations close by 7pm

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services.
Inspect vehicles for potential issues or areas requiring attention.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
Use basic computer knowledge / aptitude.
Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
Achieve SuperPro certification.
Must have reliable transportation.
Essential Functions
Inspect and replace car lights and wipers.
Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.
Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.
Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model.
Remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service.
Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline.
Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.
Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly.
Move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.
Frequently ascend/descend stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication).
Work for extended periods of time with arms above the head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk.
Constantly position self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle.
Move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
Work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas.
Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.
Environment
Subject to varying temperature conditions indoors and outdoors.
Subject to noise; may require shouting to be heard above ambient noise.
Subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, high heat, and chemicals.
Subject to atmospheric conditions that may affect respiratory system or skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation.
Required to operate in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
