AEM Engineering Manager | Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (2 Weeks/Month) We’re looking for an experienced AEM Engineering Manager to join a Fortune 500 client. This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe Experience Manager expertise and leadership experience driving enterprise-scale digital solutions in the cloud.
What You’ll Do:
Develop scalable and reusable AEM solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
Oversee large-scale content migrations from other CMS platforms to AEM using automation for efficiency and accuracy.
Design and implement robust integration strategies for AEM Sites and Assets.
Lead and mentor engineering teams on AEM development and cloud deployment processes.
Partner with product, design, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership across development, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
What You Bring:
6+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites & Assets), including custom component and workflow development.
Strong knowledge of AEM Cloud Deployment and Cloud Manager operations.
5+ years of software engineering experience with APIs, data modeling, and scalable cloud‑based solutions (AWS or Azure).
5+ years of people management experience in agile environments, building and mentoring high‑performing teams.
Expertise integrating third‑party tools within Adobe Cloud; solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC for two weeks each month.
