You will be the Staff Program Manufacturing Engineer, joining our Air Dominance Line of Business team. Our team is responsible for creating and improving manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies, and we\'re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. What You Will Be Doing As the Staff Program Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies, and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for technical and organizational challenges. You will communicate directly with government customers, influence design producibility, and transition new or revised designs from development into production. Informal or formal leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience leading cross-functional teams or in a supervisory role. Excellent Team facilitation skills and effective use of Lean Six-Sigma tools. Experience in representing Operations teams for a wide range of difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification. Knowledge of Digital Transformation and Automation Processes in a Manufacturing Assembly Environment. Extensive Change Board experience representing production operations. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
