Lead, coach, and develop the Fitness Training Team to deliver high-quality personal training, small group training, and assessments. Manage departmental performance, tracking financials and key metrics to achieve profit and participation goals. Oversee the scheduling, operations, and presentation of all fitness areas and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. Collaborate with Membership Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth. Assist in developing and implementing new fitness programs, tools, and content such as workshops, digital courses, and online training materials. Review and analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to inform planning and budgeting decisions. Serve as a cross-functional leader within the club, supporting operational excellence across departments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, plus prior management or supervisory experience (3+ employees). Strong knowledge of exercise science, behavioral change, and fitness business operations. Experience leading teams, developing programs, and managing budgets or departmental performance. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Current First Aid & CPR/AED certification. Must hold at least one nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent). Compensation
$25 hourly
