Your Responsibilities

Conduct electromagnetics simulations and validate simulations with measurements. Simulations would be at a Printed Circuit Board level, module level, and system level.

Design and test embedded circuitry.

Operate in a team environment and may act as lead person, providing technical leadership and design solutions. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to other engineers and support personnel.

Provide technical consultation and a knowledge base.

Be recognized as an expert across a product line.

What Skills You Need

An Electromagnetics FEM tool (Ansys HFSS or similar).

Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)

Spectrum Analyzer (SA)

Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing Techniques and Procedures

Matlab (or similar)

Schematic Capture and PCB CAD Software

What Makes You Standout

Microwave Engineering

Experience with solving Electromagnetic Compatibility problems CISPR 25

Antenna Design and Simulation

RF Cabling and Harnessing

Signal Integrity/Power Integrity Simulation

PhD Electromagnetics Related Field

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Electromagnetics Related Field or Equivalent Level
