FTE: 1.000000 • Standard Hours: 40.00 • Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Days Holidays: None Weekends: None Attend Welcome Day 1 every Monday at Woodland Prime to assist with Welcome session in AM and then teach system EVS orientation in the afternoon. Responsibilities
The Organizational Learning instructor is responsible for orientation curriculum and delivery of content for the environmental services team. Develops simulations and assessments with the assistance of Organizational Learning (OL) team members to assure all communication and cleanliness standards are met; supports workforce orientation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an EVS housekeeper role or other equivalent experience. Experience in training would be helpful. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. Special Skills: Strong written and oral communication; ability to multi-task and establish priorities; adaptability in a changing environment; initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word and Excel. Education background or strong positive preceptor role; commits to ongoing development; supports EVS education at Froedtert Hospital with expansion in FY26 to CHD. Perks & Benefits
