About the Role As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our enterprise clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Crunchbase. You will manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, develop and track key success metrics, and drive customer success across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Onboarding and Implementation : Lead the onboarding process for enterprise customers and help them quickly realize value from Crunchbase.

Customer Engagement and Adoption : Maintain a cadence for ongoing communication to drive adoption and engagement and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Trusted Advisor : Build and nurture strong relationships, understand each customer’s business goals, diagnose root causes if objectives aren’t met, and recommend corrective actions.

Renewals and Upsells : Manage a book of existing business, focus on renewals, and proactively identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

Issue Anticipation and Scaling : Anticipate customer issues, find opportunities to systematize solutions, and support effective scaling as the team and customer base grow.

Collaboration : Coordinate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback, influencing product strategy and roadmap.

Metrics Tracking : Develop, track, and respond to critical metrics that drive success, and provide regular reports to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

Minimum 6+ years of successful Customer Success experience in data/software as a service.

Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus.

Proven negotiation skills for contracts, including upsell and renewals.

Strong familiarity with Salesforce; hands‑on experience preferred.

Bonus points for API call experience or basic SQL understanding.

Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools.

Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software.

Compensation Package The OTE range is $144,500 – $170,000, split 75% base and 25% variable. Equity in the form of stock options is also offered.
