Direct Support Associate

Easterseals NH As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Gain hands‑on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence. Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand‑over‑hand assistance as you support each individual during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities. Qualifications : You must be 18 years of age or older to fill this position. You must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. Must be comfortable driving a 15‑passenger van in all weather conditions. Compensation : $20 hourly Hours : This is a 7‑hour day, 35‑hour‑a‑week position, M‑F What’s in it for you?
