Our Opportunity At Chewy Vet Care, we’re reinventing veterinary care from the ground up. We’re building a culture where veterinary teams thrive every day. With the launch of new veterinary practices, we need a full‑time Lead Veterinarian to join our Healthcare Practice Team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants.

Set high standards for veterinary medical care and ensure consistency across the practice.

Hold team members accountable, provide coaching, and remove barriers to performance.

Implement policies and procedures, coordinate technology, and deliver appropriate patient care.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from an accredited program.

Current veterinary license in the state of Colorado.

At least 2–3 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting.

Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.

Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality metrics.

Compensation Base Salary Range: $146,000—$191,500 USD
