Digital Execution Lead In this role , you will contribute to the delivery of secure, high-quality, and cost-effective engineering solutions. You'll support cybersecurity implementation across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll help integrate secure digital platforms, assist in operational support, and embed cybersecurity best practices throughout the customer lifecycle. Work model : Hybrid (must be in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH) This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division in North America. This role's focus : You will be mainly accountable for the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Deliver consultative support to customers by helping them apply cybersecurity solutions that enhance the security and resilience of their operational technology (OT) environments.
Execute and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions, contributing to timely and cost-effective project delivery through coordination and technical expertise.
Provide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from onboarding to post-deployment, to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how cybersecurity offerings address specific operational challenges.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments.
Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), and industrial communication standards.
Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x).
Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, ISA/IEC 62443).
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including risk assessments, access control, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with cyber platforms (e.g., AV solutions, backup and recovery, network monitoring) and patching strategies of OT systems.
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.
U.S. citizen or work authorization to perform work within the U.S. is required.
Relocation reimbursement is not available.
