The
Manager, Content Marketing & Partnerships
is responsible for fostering growth of SiriusXM's entertainment and comedy radio partners, as well as podcasts, through creative marketing execution, maintaining relationships, synthesizing and sharing data, and more. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong digital marketing, awareness and excitement around pop culture, and rich experience in the media landscape. Responsibilities
Brainstorm and pitch creative marketing strategies, content, and promotional opportunities aimed at gaining new audiences, retaining and engaging existing audiences, and building brand awareness. Develop marketing strategies and creative briefs for specialty programming, show and channel launches, events, interviews, promotional assets, graphics, and more. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the main point of contact for marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination. Manage marketing from planning and strategy phases to implementation, execution, data analysis, and presentations. Strategize and execute social promotion campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant marketing platforms. Work cross-functionally across internal departments, including CRM, App, PR, Social, Performance, Creative, Events, Sweeps, Email, Channel Marketing, OEM, Sales, Brand, and Digital. Partner with design teams (in-house and external) to brief on all necessary assets and elements. Act as project manager for feedback, changes, and approvals. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to build insights and make data-driven decisions. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to optimize the effectiveness of partner programs. Act as quality control for each partner by coordinating approvals of marketing materials. Provide and present regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the impact of marketing activities and identifying areas for improvement. Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and shifts in audio content and podcasting. Collaborate with creative services, marketing analytics, product, and engineering teams to build acquisition funnels and measurable marketing programs that fuel growth. Qualifications
5 years of experience in digital marketing within the media landscape. Experience in entertainment marketing is a plus. Experience in social media strategy, data analytics, and content production. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind. Ability to seamlessly multi-task effectively across multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment. Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Compensation & Equal Opportunity
At SiriusXM, compensation is determined by factors including background and experience. The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $87,000 to $100,000 and will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
