They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring they remain approachable and warm, initiating conversations, and connecting with customers by communicating in a genuine manner; ensuring customers are always the first priority. Demonstrates relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
