Target Range: $68,640.00/Yr. - $96,500.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

About This Job The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Systems Manager must have a strong knowledge of financial services systems, financial crimes, BSA/AML, and market abuse typologies. The role requires a self‑starter who is willing to work in ambiguous detail, having the ability to dissect and analyze large amounts of unstructured information to discern high‑risk transactions indicative of Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing activity. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications

Communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical stakeholders

Design and implement technological and workflow solutions to strengthen AML controls

Continuously improve processes across supported functions

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for optimization

Work with structured and unstructured data, including transforming unstructured data into usable formats

Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows

Participate and prepare with the guidance of the AML Officer for regulatory examinations and audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of data analytics experience

Ability to bridge business and technical requirements

Experience with data analysis and handling large datasets

Familiarity with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, and similar tools

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure offerings

Experience structuring unstructured data

A portfolio or link to web applications (e.g., Replit projects) preferred

Data Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred and Product Ownership (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred

Certifications in SQL or Python is a plus
