The organization focuses on creating real-time visibility tools that help large retailers and distributors track shipments, predict delays, and optimize delivery routes using AWS, Python, Kubernetes, and Terraform. As they continue scaling their platform nationwide, they’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to modernize infrastructure, automate deployments, and streamline performance across multiple environments.

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK Experience managing Linux-based environments and troubleshooting performance issues Understanding of networking fundamentals, load balancing, and cloud security best practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and scaling strategies Background in software development or experience supporting developer teams Knowledge of observability frameworks and distributed tracing tools Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Understanding of DevSecOps practices and automated security compliance Exposure to event-driven or data streaming platforms like Kafka or Kinesis Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef Knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning Interest in AI-driven automation or machine learning operations (MLOps) The What You Will Be Doing
