Partner with the best As a Commercial Services Manager- NAM/LATAM you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develop notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborate suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).

Responsibilities

Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.

Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

Handles diverse clients in a region.

Department is involved in Large and Medium-sized sales.

Handles country or Large Territory

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred)

Have 3+ years of experience in a technical/commercial/Risk role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors

Be a self-starter, high motivation level, strong leadership skills

Be able to define and lead changes

Possess innovative, process mindset and proven track of business impact

Have proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders

Have excellent customer service mindset

Be able to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.

Have excellent presentation, communication and team building skills

Have excellent commercial skills developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial drivers

Have excellent commercial background in maintenance services contracts

Be available to travel for business purposes worldwide
