Create and set a foundation, guidelines, and standards for future products. Represent the Corporate Real Estate team in client meetings internally and externally.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit, Excel, Bluebeam, and InDesign. Experience in interior design, furniture, and fixture design. Must have experience selecting and implementing furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes. Strong design and architecture skills, particularly in hospitality. NCIDQ certification. Knowledge of applicable design codes, including ADA. Presentation skills, collaborative approach, problem-solving, and strong communication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. 8+ years of relevant experience.
Work Environment
This is a long-term contract position within a growing Corporate Real Estate team, located at the corporate headquarters in the Willis Tower. The team has transitioned from being outsourced and is now expanding. You will work on-site three days a week from the beginning of the contract. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team with a start-up mindset. There is potential for travel if desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, Illinois.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
