Responsibilities

Gather customer‑specific quality requirements, review relevant governing reference material, and develop project‑specific quality plans.

Create and maintain project‑specific quality plans and assure alignment between external and MMd quality plans.

Conduct mutual understanding meetings with subcontractors.

Maintain a Quality Control Tracking Log (QCTL) with planned and actual schedules for each of the three phases of quality control.

Create and maintain necessary QC checklists.

Verify and status submittal approvals.

Facilitate and participate in design reviews.

Maintain ongoing interfaces with clients and subcontractors for issue resolution, reporting, improvements, and audits.

Facilitate and coordinate inspections and audits with 3rd‑party inspectors.

Document tailored processes across the value stream using ISO, CMMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMBOK, ITIL and other internationally recognized process frameworks.

Identify technical and administrative controls, create rules, policies, and procedures for implementation.

Lead all activities involving quality assurance, compliance, audits, deliverables, and process improvement.

Conduct specific audits to measure the degree of adherence to documented policies and procedures.

Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Develop project scorecards on quality assurance and report to project and executive teams.

Work on special process improvement projects to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Industrial/Systems Engineering is preferred.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Working knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3‑Phase Quality Control System.

Pay Range USD $104,080.00 – $156,120.00 per year.
