About the role Project Manager/Estimator needed ASAP for a well‑respected, growing company. The company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down.

Responsibilities
Team Management: Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems related to team management.
Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and resource schedules for administrative functions.
Project Work Forecasting: Review project proposals and contracts to ensure inclusions/exclusions, request additional services when necessary, and provide forecasting and progress analysis.
Update integral accounting system information.
Client Liaison/Communication: Serve as principal liaison with selected clients or major projects; represent the company at stakeholder meetings, related association meetings, and with city, provincial and federal officials.
Teaching Skills: Mentor staff, provide training recommendations, and utilize leadership to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality programs to meet client requirements and minimize costs; engage team members and ensure field review services adhere to contract documents.
Qualifications
10+ years of Sheetmetal, Piping, MEP/HVAC, and construction Project Management experience.
Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
Communication and coaching skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Project budgeting skills.
Ability to promptly resolve team management problems.
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills; able to balance conflicting priorities.
Desired
HVAC and/or MEP experience.
Engineering license preferred.
