Description The

Sr. Mechanical Engineer

will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems for our beverage dispensing products. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, a proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion, and effective project‑management skills.

Main Responsibilities

Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems by designing and conducting research programs, applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials science.

Confirm system and product capabilities by developing feasibility studies and testing methods.

Develop products by studying customer requirements, researching manufacturing and assembly methods, and soliciting operator feedback.

Design and modify equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.

Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products, and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.

Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Provide engineering information to answer questions and requests.

Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.

Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services and following manufacturer instructions.

Maintain system and product databases by writing computer programs and entering data.

Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or plastic injection molding environment.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and other engineering tools.

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD) is a plus.

Strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Description

$130,000 - $142,000
