Job Summary A Client Consultant in Financial Reporting serves as the primary liaison between the firm and its clients for all reporting-related matters. This role blends technical financial expertise with client-facing responsibilities and project management. Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time. Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries and serves as a liaison to operations.

Major Duties

Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, especially top-revenue relationships. Lead communication around reporting deliverables and inquiries.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, validate, and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all client-facing documents.

Project Leadership: Manage new business transitions, including RFPs and onboarding. Lead internal initiatives to improve reporting processes and service delivery.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to reporting workflows, systems, and documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams—operations, data, technology, and relationship management—to resolve issues and align on reporting goals.

Experience 1–5 years in financial reporting or client-facing roles. Experience with asset management or institutional clients is preferred.

Knowledgeable in accounting practices, financial reporting and analysis

Salary Range $66,700 - 113,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
