My client Jones Coffee Roasters is hiring a full charge bookkeeper/office manager onsite in Pasadena, CA
Overview Jones Coffee Roasters, a small family-owned business in Pasadena, is seeking a hands-on Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. You’ll work directly with the owner and leadership team to keep daily operations and accounting running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable wearing many hats—from managing QuickBooks Online to supporting general office needs.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
Assist with the month-end and year-end close
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets (Excel, Word)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Perform account analysis and budgeting tasks effectively
Maintain accurate financial records with strong attention to detail
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with tax preparation and ensure adherence to tax regulations
Communicate effectively and professionally with the owner and team
Serve as main contact for customers and vendors
Support the leadership team with special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3–5 years of accounting experience in a full-cycle role
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry a plus
