Job Summary Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full‑service CFO Advisory Services, Controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transitional staff

Oversee the timely, efficient processing and accurate payment of vendor invoices

Oversee accounts receivable invoices and applications of payments

Manage payroll processing and reporting

Prepare and file sales tax returns

Perform accounting system catch‑ups and clean‑ups

Qualifications

BS degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

2 years of experience in accounting with 1 year of supervisory experience

Experience with QuickBooks preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point

Excellent communicator

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Able to manage workflow

Commitment to excellence and high standards

Salary $60,000 - $70,000
