Duties Summary Performs detailed routines of limited complexity pertinent to processing of human resources actions which are typically: (a) assigned on a continuing basis; and (b) covered by well‑established guidelines, procedures and/or instructions which provide a fairly specific basis for taking action; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements: Legal Authorization To Work : The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. General Experience : One year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience. Specialized Experience : One year of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements. Substitutions Allowed : Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements will apply.
