Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner , a typical day might include: Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertions, colposcopies, and cervical cancer screenings Conduct well-woman exams, STI testing, contraceptive counseling, postpartum care, menopause care Option for prenatal care but not essential Qualifications
Active Idaho NP license Graduation from an accredited School Can be cleared through the National Practitioner Database Current DEA license Experience in women’s health is required Strong communication skills and a warm, compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Travel between clinic locations is required Benefits
